Honesty and integrity! Installed a new gas line to code for my deck to have a natural gas grill, firepit, and to run into my kitchen (on a slab) for my gas oven.Made sure everything passed city code and was too my liking and did the work the way they they would have done for their own homes!After we did the deck job. Which was being rebuilt and to replace a gas line that was run in safely and not to code by a feew recommended by Atlanta Gas Light we used them for even more work.They also installed a new water heater because ours was on the way out and ran a gas line for us to install a new gas dryer.They’re a small crew that is made up of Beterans and they really care about doing quality work the right way and making sure the customer is educated and happy.

I own a very old house, 135 years old to be exact. So whenever something goes wrong, I’m automatically thinking the worst. I reached out to Northside Plumbing late on Thursday. Was scheduled for the next day with no issues. The guys showed up and got to work right away. They crawled under my very tight crawl space, and within the hour, the leak was fixed and we had water restored into the house. I was given an explanation of the issue and a price before they began the repair. The price was fair and definitely much less than I was expecting or was quoted with other plumbers. This was the first time using Northside plumbing and I can honestly say that I would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber hands down.I had been given the runaround by multiple plumbers and septic companies for over a week until I called Northside plumbing. When I first contacted them they were booked but within 20 minutes of me calling their office i received a call back from Chad and he asked me to explain what Issues was I having. After speaking to me for about 20 minutes Chad explained the different options and scenarios I could be facing.Even though they were booked he squeezed me in for the following morning. Chad was punctual and was very honest with his findings once he got here and evaluated the situation. Although the core of the problem did turn out to be with the septic, that did not stop him from going above and beyond to get me up and running until I can get another septic company out here. Chad came out on a Saturday morning and scoped the drain line from inside of the house out to the street. In the process he removed the clog. He went further and checked the drain pipe for the slope and offered a quote to fix the pipe issue. He also checked the water pressure and hot water heater as a free service. He charged about half of what a larger company in the area. We highly recommend Northside Plumbing.

Our water supply line was cracked inside the meter box and leaked out substantial water. Cobb water shut off the water and didn't notify us. We discovered the water was off after 4:30 in the afternoon with a slip on our home door. I called Northside and we put a plan in place for the repair. I wanted to check the property first and discovered the leak. Later that evening after normal business hours we scheduled the repair. Northside Plumbing arrived on time the next morning and made the repair on time and for a great value. I had Tyler Hayes come out to identify and work on a toilet and two sinks. After waiting some time on parts to come in, Mr. Hayes arrived early in the morning and installed the new toilet and helped to fix the sink with the new part in a timely manner. We had fluctuating water pressure at home, as well as a whining noise, but had no idea which plumbers were reliable and which ones might try and bilk us. Chad and Northside Plumbing had great reviews, so we reached out, and I have no regrets whatsoever. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, fixed our problems quickly for a reasonable price. I cannot recommend Northside highly enough, and plan on calling them if we ever need more plumbing expertise.

Chad responded quickly and scheduled the earliest possible time to complete the repairs. Our house was built in the 60’s so we have cast iron pipes that had corroded. My husband and I were referred to Northside by a coworker when we had a leak in our water heater, leak at our water meter, and an incredibly loud noise each time we used our master bathroom sinks. Chad was incredibly helpful explaining why and where the noise was coming from and explaining our water pressure problem. Let me start off by saying we were in a panic when we contacted Northside plumbing. We had a gas leak and the gas company had shut off the gas so we were out of danger but were told we needed to call a plumber as soon as possible. I was totally confused, why a plumber for a gas leak? Here is were my plumbing education starts. I was informed about the two kinds of plumbing. Now the process of who to get to do the job. I was told to get at least 3 estimates, Northside was the third plumber I called, and I wish they had been the first. From the word hello from the receptionist Sarah the translation was as smooth as a knife through butter. She worked to get me the earliest consult appointment, which fortunately for me was the same day, a rainy day with the threat of severe thunderstorms. The master plumber Chad showed up with a big smile and firm handshake, and proceed to diagnosis the problem. He patiently explained the problem to two females, me and my 75 year old mom and than without any pressure left us to deliberate. We felt very comfortable with how professional, yet down to earth Chad was, so we gave him the go ahead. It was not an easy task the crawl space was tight and the weather was not ideal, but Chad stayed the course and got it done. I can’t say enough about the reasonable priced, professional and friendly service of Northside plumbing. My parting advice, make this your 1st call rather than your last.
